We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50–100% of the scheduled service, depending on the service booked. This policy helps us respect our stylists’ time and availability.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest. Late arrivals are still subject to the full service price.

Your stylist will review extension care in detail during your appointment. In general:

    •    Brush gently daily using an extension-safe brush

    •    Use professional, sulfate-free products

    •    Avoid oils or heavy products near bonds or wefts

    •    Avoid getting sunscreen in your extensions. If using sunscreen near the hairline, be sure to avoid formulas containing avobenzone, octocrylene, or oxybenzone, as these ingredients can cause discoloration

    •    Always sleep with dry hair, loosely braided or in a silk bonnet

Proper care ensures the longevity and health of your extensions.

We offer a parking lot for our guests. If no spaces are available, street parking is also available near the salon. Please allow extra time to find parking so you can arrive relaxed and on time for your appointment.
